Trishuli River Rafting

Trishuli River Rafting

Trisuli

BY virtue of its duration, gradling and proximitly and ease of access to Kathmandu, this is by far most popular (and, indeed, commercialized) rafting trip in Nepal. it is almost unique among Nepal's rafting river in that it is able to be run in all seasons. It is thus also among the cheaper trip available .Just about every rafting company will offer a Trisuli trip, but will vary as to their put-in and take out point . These are worth cheking, as the best white water section are upstream of Mugling. Most trips end a Narayanghat and can be combined with a trip to the Royal Chitwan National park. The main disadvantages of the Trisuli also lie in its poupularity, which usally means an absence of the sense of wilderness and isolation and in the main road which runs beside it from much of the way. Nevertheless, it has some fine scenery and provides a convenient and economical introduction to rafting in Nepal.
